Back in January 2019 when Shumbafoot introduced its health arm, the Utano Paw, the idea was to provide educational information, on health and keeping our physical bodies in good shape, to everyone who needs it. I am glad to assure you all that this Paw is continuing with this idea for generations to come and this is for free and for everyone's benefit.
Let us look at the theme banner for our 3rd anniversary. We see that there is a purple silhouette representing a woman who is healthy and energetic. This woman is a representation of a person who knows how to take care of her body, both the interior and the exterior. A healthy body make one a happy, strong and energetic person and this is what the Utano Paw and I wish for everyone.
The Personal Health Analysis Program started with a punch and I hope many people will love it and will benefit a lot from it. The presentations are available on the Utano Blog, but we are still working on them because we do not want to misinform the public. With that being said, it there are any errors, please kindly alert us in the comment section and action will be taken. However, any error is truly regretted. Let me also take this opportunity to seek better advice from your medical doctor so that you can get a vivid understanding of the information that is provided to you. I say this because Utano Paw cares for you and wants you to benefit from the information that is provided. We have created some forms and checklists (you can find them on our blog as well) in order to assist you to assess your personal diurnal activities and see if they profit your health. You can create your own versions of the checklists according to your daily activities and lifestyle, this is why it is referred to and Personal Health Analysis.
We partnered with the Sport and Recreation Paw to introduce a fitness program for sport and also for general body exercises. I encourage you to visit Fitness and Conditioning Page and start your workouts today. Exercises can help with blood circulation, the cardiac system efficiency, burning body fat etc.
In conclusion, I want to encourage everyone to observe the health regulations in line with fighting this naughty virus called Covid-19. I also encourage you all to make sure you are well informed and not misinformed about the virus. The Health Task Force led by my deputy has done some research concerning viruses and current novel corona virus. The findings are on our Utano blog. Let us do our respiratory systems and immune systems (especially out little friends called the B and T lymphocytes) a simple favour by not exposing ourselves to the virus. Just some months ago we were talking about the Omicron variant which was spreading rapidly (approximately twice the spread of the Delta variant), and according to the latest statistics, the world has recorded approximately 6 million deaths due to Covid-19. Although these deaths are about 0.0789% of the estimated world's population, we should acknowledge that each single life on Planet Earth is precious and should be protected.
Stay safe and Healthy. Compliments of the new season🎇🎉🎊
Asante👏
